HP Support sucks. I have all the latest drivers and it still only works about 50%
Of the time. There tech support sucks big time. I will never buy another of there printers again.
In fact, I will never buy any of there products again
Unless im willing to spend a whole day trying to get help from there support

Any idea were I can find the cmos battery on an officejet 8000 wireless? Its not on the left, or right side. I’d hate to have to take it apart to do this.

my hp is awesome. day one i git my printer, drivers wouldn’t install. called tech support they want more money from me. i did the right thing and returned the product. second printer, another hp, scanner doa, network card doa. exchanged for a new one. this time ink wouldn’t come out. i finally fixed the problem by going with cannon.

@yenhongtan I have a C6180 also. Did you ever find out where the battery is?. This sucker says to replace empty yellow cartridge. so I just spent near $12 for a new genuine 02 cart, and the sucker still says the same thing.
